Ranging from ITO accounts in Paris, Financial Services BPO in London, providing contracts training in Asia and the Middle East, naval shipbuilding on the Clyde and as a Commercial Management skills assessor for UK Government. Paul specialises in the negotiation and subsequent management of major IT Outsourcing and BPO contracts. He is an expert in relational contracting and working with strategic trading partners.
Commercially & legally qualified he has provided strategic advice for numerous clients on high-value pursuits and accounts, championing day-to-day commercial activities & long-term process improvements. With a Masters’ Degree in Law and Arbitration he has significant experience in disputes and claims.
